As you may know, <a href=\"https:\/\/strettoblaster.com\/it\/pieces\/production-specs-j-vas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">we had already met him within Production Specs <\/a>, our corner dedicated to beat making, some of you will remember. Recently out with his latest opus on our label, titled <strong> <em> <a href=\"https:\/\/strettoblaster.bandcamp.com\/merch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Focus<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>, available <del datetime=\"2019-09-27T13:18:40+00:00\">both in digital and in a very limited edition bundle of vinyl and cassettes<\/del> on digital platforms only, we asked him two or three things about his work.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborator of more or less known names of the national hip hop scene (surely E-Green, Francesco Paura and Blo \/ B), launched by <a href=\"https:\/\/strettoblaster.com\/it\/beats\/summer-mix-ffiume-podcast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FFiume<\/a> on the seminal strettoblaster&#8217;s own release <em>gliOcchi<\/em>, in the now distant 2004, our friend has ground an impressive amount of productions over the years, arriving at his third album in top form.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-10684\" src=\"https:\/\/strettoblaster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/download.jpg\" alt=\"jay vas \" width=\"369\" height=\"137\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strettoblaster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/download.jpg 369w, https:\/\/strettoblaster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/download-300x111.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 369px) 100vw, 369px\" \/>\n<p>We wanted to ask him a little about how his <em> Focus <\/em>was born, as already at first listening it is the perfect synthesis of a journey through the classic sounds of the hip hop tradition and the trap matrix innovation.
