After Bobby Boyd left the group to come back to New York, they went on as Ice, and for a good time also as <strong>Lafayette Afro Rock Band<\/strong> (yes, <em>che<\/em> Lafayette).<\/p>\n<h3>The disco version of Lafayette Afro Rock Band.<\/h3>\n<p>Helped by Jaubert&#8217;s touch, they put together a torrid combination of funk, afro rhythms and soul music, as &#8220;<em>Seven Americans in Paris<\/em>&#8220;, their fourth album, testifies.
